You receive error message when first opening the program

Cannot update. Database or object is read-only. or

FTP.exe has stopped working windows error

 

This is a windows permission issue where the installed program was created as a read-only since your account is setup with strict permissions.

Option 1: Create a folder with your permission

​

1. Uninstall AI Buyer 

2. Open file explorer, click on My PC, then C: and create a new folder called OPP ​

   • Should have a folder in c:\opp created​

3. Click here to download AIBuyer through zip file​ 

   • Click Download (Down Arrow on top right) when zip file list shows on screen​

4. Extract files to the folder you just created C:\OPP

5. Right click on AIBuyer.accde > Send to > Desktop Create Shortcut

6. Run AI Buyer from your desktop
